Today, on Day 4, we're going to talk about tapping. Tapping, also known as EFT, is a great tool for instant stress relief. It works by tapping on the same meridian points as acupuncture (no needles here, whew!) to lower the stress hormone cortisol and increase the feel good vibes of serotonin. While your body handles all the details for you (don't you just love not having to stress about something else?), you can enjoy the transformation.
